Navigating complex group dynamics with confidence
Across our community, facilitators regularly report challenges in responding to conflict in the moment, navigating differences in rank and hierarchy, and managing behaviours perceived as disruptive. When working with groups, the emotional and systemic elements of power and privilege are always present, yet they can be the hardest to facilitate.
This advanced workshop places conflict at the centre of the learning experience while bringing a conscious and practical lens to power dynamics. You will deepen your understanding of how conflict emerges, how influence shapes interactions, and how you can respond skilfully to create the conditions for genuine dialogue and transformation.
Why this Deep Dive?
This is the next layer of learning for people who have already completed our foundational two-day course. We provide a space to get underneath the surface of group work—giving you the room to not just understand the concepts, but to practice, reflect, and wrestle with the nuances of conflict and power through a highly practical, experiential approach.
