As the founder of Outsourced: Virtual Business Solutions, Carrie has worked alongside organisations and their leaders to navigate complex operational challenges, strengthen business processes and develop effective, sustainable systems. Her diverse career includes leadership roles in community relations, project management and organisational operations, as well as providing strategic and operational support to CEOs, boards and leadership teams.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Social Science, with majors in Marketing Communication, Human Resource Development, and Counselling and Mediation. This multidisciplinary background complements her professional experience, bringing a valuable understanding of people, communication and organisational dynamics to her work.
