Keira is a people-focused operations and program leader with nearly a decade of experience in purpose-driven organisations. She is skilled at building warm, collaborative partnerships while keeping complex systems and workflows running smoothly. Known for bringing calm, care and creativity to her work, Keira thrives in values-driven teams where she can balance detail-oriented coordination with big-picture impact.
She is energised by collaboration and loves creating spaces where people feel confident, supported and connected - places where people can really hear one another across differences, build shared understanding, and move forward together with greater strength and clarity. Her experience spans managing national programs, financial reporting, governance support, staff and volunteer recruitment, digital system implementation, and designing and facilitating workshops.
Keira spent over nine years with Make-A-Wish Australia, where she held roles including Head of Wishes and Innovation Partner - Experience. Before that, she worked in her native Scotland across travel, tourism and recruitment, building deep experience in marketing and communications, business development, stakeholder engagement and customer experience.
She brings a blend of creativity, structure and human connection to her role at Groupwork, and is excited to support the team’s work in creating meaningful change through conscious collaboration.
